Heavenly Hash Cake
Cake: 1 cup butter       1 1/2 cups flour
           1/3 cup cocoa    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
           4 eggs                  1 pinch salt
           2 cups sugar        1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Melt butter & cocoa in small pot. In a bowl mix eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, nuts & salt. Add buttter mixture and beat well. Bake at 350 degrees in greased 9 x 13 pan for 30 to 40 minutes.

Icing:   1 tsp. vanilla      1 pinch salt
             1/3 cup cocoa   1/3 cup milk
             1/2 cup butter   1 LB powdered sugar

Minature Marshmallows

Melt butter & cocoa in small pot. In bowl put sugar, salt, vanilla and milk. Add butter mixture. Mix 

Assemply: I make the icing while the cake is baking. When you take the cake out of the oven (while still hot) put 1 bag miniature marshmallows over the top. Drizzle the icing over the marshmallow.
Add a little more milk to thin icing if you need to. Can add chopped nuts on top if desired.
